London, 11 February 2026:
Hello Neighbour has partnered with No Letting Go to provide landlords with independent professional inventories, check-in and check-out services.
We have always seen the inventory as one of the simplest ways for landlords and tenants to protect themselves from costly and time-consuming disputes. With the Renters’ Rights Act due to be implemented from 1 May 2026, having clear evidence from the start of a tenancy will matter more than ever.
The quality of reporting and the independence of the provider will also become increasingly important as landlords rely more on records and documentation to resolve disagreements fairly, and to support formal processes if problems arise. Where possession grounds depend on evidence of the condition of a property and how it has been looked after, a precise and independent inventory can make a real difference.
We already commission independent inventories for the properties we manage, and our partnership with No Letting Go extends that approach, giving landlords access to a specialist provider with national coverage and a proven track record.
No Letting Go has been operating for over 15 years, with more than 90 offices across the UK and thousands of reports completed each year. We have been trialling the service for the past six months and have been impressed by the quality of reporting, the speed of turnaround and the consistency of delivery.
Richard Jenkins, our Co-Founder and CEO, said:
“We are delighted to be working with No Letting Go. Independent inventories are a key part of protecting landlords and tenants, and their professionalism, coverage and consistency make them a strong partner as we continue to raise standards and keep landlords safe.”
Nick Lyons, CEO at No Letting Go, added:
“We are pleased to be partnering with Hello Neighbour, a business that shares our focus on accurate, independent property reporting. Our aim is to provide clear, compliant evidence that helps prevent disputes, supports good property management and gives both sides confidence in the record.”
About Hello Neighbour
We are a UK property lettings company powered by technology and driven by people. We were founded on the belief that lettings should be simple, fair and inexpensive for everyone.

Thousands of landlords use us because we do things differently. There are no unreasonable contracts, no upfront fees, no renewal fees and no repair mark-ups. Landlords can choose between DIY tools and a managed service depending on how hands-on they want to be.
