Get Listed helps you find tenants while keeping you in control of the process and the costs down.
Create your listing with our Advert Builder, with professional photos and a floor plan arranged if you want them. Set up viewings around your availability, or let us handle them. Set your offer preferences, deciding what goes in the tenancy agreement and what is negotiable. Verify your ID and your right to let the property. Then publish: your listing goes live on Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and the Hello Neighbour site, and you only pay when you are ready to go live.
Applicants answer pre-screening questions before booking, so only serious tenants view your property. You get email updates when viewings are booked, cancelled or rescheduled, feedback is collected automatically, and if you would rather not host viewings yourself, we can handle them for you.
Applicants make offers through their Hello Neighbour account, following your pre-set preferences for each tenancy term. Accept, reject or counter with ease. Once you accept an offer, you can manage the next steps yourself or upgrade to Get Rented for an extra £30, payable on move-in, or free if you add Property Management. That means holding deposit collection, refunded to you if the tenant backs out (minus a small admin fee); full tenant and guarantor referencing, including credit checks and AI fraud detection; right-to-rent checks, with you simply confirming the person matches their documents at move-in; a step-by-step property safety and compliance check; tenancy agreements built from your agreed terms with digital signing; first rent and security deposit collection; deposit registration with mydeposits' custodial scheme; all the legal paperwork served to tenants; and clear, automated communication at every stage. Your personal account manager sets up the advert and handles all viewings, we host them, negotiate offers to help you secure the best deal, and handle referencing, compliance, tenancy agreements and deposits. We keep you updated throughout, and beyond verifying your ID and safety certificates you do not lift a finger.
