Here’s how each works.
Get Listed – Advertise, Arrange Viewings & Receive Offers
Want to keep costs down and don’t mind getting hands-on?
Get Listed helps you find tenants while giving you control over the process.
How It Works
- Create your listing – Use our handy Advert Builder to showcase your property. Need professional photos and floorplan? We can arrange that.
- Set up viewings – Choose when you’re available, or let us handle them for you.
- Set your offer preferences – Decide what to include in your tenancy agreement, plus what’s negotiable and what’s not.
- Verify your ID – Upload ID and proof that you can legally let the property.
- Publish your advert – Your listing goes live on Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, and our own Hello Neighbour site. You only pay when you’re ready to go live!
Viewings Made Simple
- Applicants answer pre-screening questions before booking, so only serious tenants view your property.
- You’ll get email updates when viewings are booked, cancelled, or rescheduled.
- Feedback is collected automatically so you can see what potential tenants think.
- If you’d rather not do viewings yourself, we can handle them for you!
Receiving & Handling Offers
- Applicants make offers through their Hello Neighbour account.
- Offers follow your pre-set preferences for each tenancy term, and what is and isn’t negotiable.
- Accept, reject, or counter offers with ease.
- Once you accept an offer, you can either manage the next steps yourself or upgrade to Get Rented for just £89 payable on move-in (or free if you add Property Management!).
If you stick with Get Listed, we’ll provide a checklist of your next steps and give you the agreed offer terms for you to continue the process yourself.
Get Rented – The Hassle-Free End-to-End Service
Want extra support after finding tenants? Get Rented gives you everything in Get Listed, plus the tech will support you through the pre-tenancy process, and we’ve automated a lot of the admin for you.
What’s Included?
✔ Holding deposit collection, with refund to you if the tenant backs out (minus a small admin fee).
✔ Full tenant and guarantor referencing – including credit checks and AI fraud detection.
✔ Right to Rent checks (you just verify they match the photo on their documents when they move in).
