Hello Neighbour Insights – London Rental Prices Up 5.8% in Jan 26

January saw a 5.8% rise in average rents in London. 

However, we don’t expect that level of increase to be sustained throughout 2026 as the number of enquiries per property through January continued to soften. 

We do expect rents to remain broadly flat, much as they did in H2 last year.
