Hello Neighbour, the fast-growing property technology company, has completed a £1.1m fundraising round supported by a mix of existing and new shareholders.

The raise reflects growing confidence in Hello Neighbour’s vision, commercial traction and impact in the landlord and property management market. The new capital will be used to build on the strong momentum behind the company’s DIY product range, while continuing to enhance the capability and performance of the platform.

To date, the platform has helped landlords successfully let more than 3,000 properties and supports over 10,000 viewing enquiries in peak summer months, combining technology with dedicated support to lower costs for landlords while giving tenants a faster and clearer process.

 Hello Neighbour has seen rapid adoption of its DIY solutions as more landlords look for simpler and more transparent ways to let and manage their properties, particularly in the context of upcoming regulatory change. The investment will enable the business to deepen these offerings, introduce new features and further streamline the end-to-end experience for landlords.
