WHAT TO EXPECT FROM AN INVENTORY CHECK-IN

First, a property walk through will take place with one of our inventory clerks and your new tenants. As a landlord, you can conduct this too if you like. All of the items in your property will be documented before move-in. And because your tenants attend the inventory check too, they'll have the opportunity to agree on the condition and list with you.

Once your tenants are happy to accept your inventory list, a final signed document can be used to benchmark how your property should be left at the end of the tenancy.
