Book a viewing
Click the link on the email or text we send you, and pick a date and time you'd like to view the property. And we’ll set you up with your very own Hello Neighbour account right away.

make an offer
After you’ve viewed the property – if you like what you see – make an offer to rent via your online account.

Time to review
Your offer will be shared with the Hello Neighbour landlord that’s marketing the property you're interested in. They might ask some additional questions, and they'll let you know if your offer is successful.

Lets get Moving
If the property is being marketed directly by the landlord, they will take care of getting you moved in. If not, we’ll guide you through everything from offer accepted to move-in day. From paying your holding deposit and completing reference checks to signing your tenancy agreement and paying your first rental payment and security deposit – we’ll be with you at every step.
It won’t be long until you’re grabbing your keys and waving hello to your new neighbour!
