After you’ve viewed a property of your choosing – if you like what you see – make an offer via your online account.

Time to review
Your offer will be shared with the Hello Neighbour landlord that’s marketing the property you're interested in. And we’ll be back in touch to let you know if your offer is successful.

Once the landlord accepts your offer we’ll guide you through the essentials right through to moving-in day. From paying your holding deposit and completing reference checks to signing your tenancy agreement and paying your first rental payment and security deposit – we’ll be with you at every step.
