When do I actually pay?

Only when your tenant has committed and paid their first month's rent. There are no upfront fees, so if we don't let your property, you don't pay.

How are you so much cheaper than a high-street agent?

On a £2,500/month rent, a high-street agent typically charges up to 13% to find a tenant (£3,960), and bills referencing, contracts and deposit registration on top. Get Rented Pro is one fixed fee of £1,440 (roughly 4.8% as a comparison), with all of that included. We run on our own tech, carry no high-street offices, and price fairly, so landlords save up to 60% in year one.

Are there any ongoing fees or tie-ins?

No. Get Rented Pro is a one-off fee of £1,440 incl. VAT (+£100 for 4 bed+), with no tie-ins and no ongoing letting charges. If your tenant stays on, there's nothing more to pay.

Do you really do the viewings, or do I?

 We do. Accompanied viewings are included and run by our team. This is full-service letting, not a list-it-yourself platform. If you'd prefer to do it yourself for less, our self-service options start at £29. 

What if I've already found a tenant?

Then you don't need the full find service. Get Moved-In Pro (£490 incl. VAT) handles the references, contract, compliance and move-in for a tenant you've sourced yourself. 

Can you manage the property afterwards too?

 Yes. Management Complete takes over from move-in for £102/month on a rolling contract: a dedicated property manager, rent collection, compliance and 6-monthly inspections, with the same team throughout.
