Mid-term Inspections
We’ll make certain your property stays safe, secure and just as it should be – by conducting inspections of your property every 6 months.

Ending or renewing a tenancy
If a tenant wants to stay at your property and renew their contract – so long as you’re happy – we won’t charge you any added fees for a renewal.
