KEEPING LANDLORDS SAFE
Landlords are legally required to check that their prospective tenants (18 years or over) have a 'right to rent’ in the UK, so we have included that in our reference.
Landlord insurance policies typically require specific credit checks to be in place, so we have made sure that our references do that.
