Our property management service operates on a 1 month rolling contract that can be terminated at any time. Our landlords are with us because they want to be, not because they have to be.

No hidden fees or markups
We don’t add markup fees to any works carried out and all original invoices are supplied to landlords. We also include check-in and check-out inventories, deposit registration and property inspections within our standard property management package.

No renewal fees
If a tenant wants to stay at a property, so long as the landlord is happy, we don’t charge any added fees for a renewal, and we never will.
