You’re welcome to add your own furniture, hang pictures, wall-mount a TV, and make the space your own.\n\nHigh-speed fibre broadband and driveway parking are included.\n\nYou’ll share a large kitchen with two live-in landlords and one other tenant. The available room shares a bathroom with that tenant. There’s also a downstairs toilet.\n\nThere are five very friendly, playful cats who use the shared areas only.\n\nReduced rent option: when both landlords are away, there is optional cat-sitting (feeding, general care) can earn up to £7.50 per day off the monthly rent. More details available on enquiry.\n\nBoth of us work from home and keep a relaxed, clean, and friendly household, spending evenings caring for the cats, using the gym room, playing pool/table tennis, or watching TV.\n\nThe tenant would ideally be a quiet, tidy, considerate working professional who likes cats and will help ensure they aren’t let out of the front door (our one firm rule).
