Here's what you need to know
Hello Neighbour make letting your property simple, fair and fast. If you don’t already have your gas safety certificate sorted, we’ll organise it for you for an affordable one-off fee of £95 (incl. VAT), and it's included as standard in our premium Property Management package Management Plus.

• It’s law in the UK for every landlord to do a gas safety check every year
  
  
• Our safety checks cover every appliance or installation that uses gas throughout your property
  
  
• If a tenant brings their own gas appliance, that isn’t covered by the safety check, please contact us about this
  
  
• Engineers carrying out checks are registered with Gas Safety Register (the UK's official gas registration body)
  
  
• Landlords must give their tenants a copy of their gas safety certificate within 28 days of it being carried out, which, can be uploaded to the Hello Neighbour platform
