Do I pay extra to advertise on Rightmove?

No. Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket are all included in £29.

OpenRent now charges £70 extra for Rightmove on top of its £29 base package. With Get Listed there are no add-on portal fees and no surprise upgrades. You also get Featured on Rightmove for 7 days, which OpenRent doesn't offer at any price.

How many enquiries will I get?

On average, our properties receive 49 enquiries each, versus the Rightmove average of 10. We attribute that to a few things: tenants are digital-first and we make enquiring frictionless, our listings are professionally structured, our pricing is data-led, and Featured Rightmove placement helps a lot in week one.

More demand means a stronger negotiating position and faster lets.

Are enquiries pre-qualified before they request a viewing?

Yes. We use a battery of pre-qualification questions to confirm an applicant can realistically afford the rent before they progress. Fewer time-wasters, fewer failed offers, more confidence for you.

You see household profile, income source and affordability signal on every viewing request, before you decide whether to accept it.

Get Listed or Get Rented: which is right for me?

You can buy both from signup. Get Listed (£29) covers everything up to your accepted offer: portals, enquiries, viewings, offer comparison. Get Rented (£59) adds the move-in: compliance checks, the tenancy contract, holding deposit collection, first month's rent collected, deposit registration.

If you'd rather decide later, start with Get Listed and add Get Rented in-app at any point up to and including your accepted offer. £30 either way, so there's no rush to commit on day one.

What if I want to host my own viewings?

You can. Tenants book directly into your availability via the platform. If you'd prefer we host them, add Get Viewings: £45 for a 30-minute slot covering two viewings, with bookings and follow-up all handled.

How is this different from Get Rented Pro?

Get Listed and Get Rented are DIY: you stay in control, we provide the platform and expert support. Get Rented Pro is full-service: we do everything end-to-end, including accompanied viewings, photography, EPC, EICR, referencing and tenant find. It's £1,440 incl. VAT, no-let-no-fee.
