Follow our online guide to add your property and tenancy details. Then publish your property advert, which will be added to Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and our website too.

Book viewings
We’ll take care of all enquires, you carry out all viewings and we’ll keep you up to date with all the feedback.

PICK AN OFFER
Soon, you’ll start to receive offers and you’ll be able to negotiate and communicate directly with potential tenants using our platform.

Run reference checks
Once you’ve agreed an offer, we’ll run reference checks to make sure that your tenants are a good fit.

PAPERWORK / PAYMENTS
Then, we'll produce a Tenancy Agreement based on your online negotiation with the tenant/s and collect your 1st month's rent and security deposit (registered under a government certified scheme).

Now let’s move-in

Finally, you can carry out an inventory, greet your new tenants and handover the keys (or if you prefer, we can arrange to do that for you), leaving your new tenants to say hello to their new neighbours.
