From there, we take over: review your request, confirm scheduling by email, and invoice each viewing when it is scheduled.

A member of the team reviews your request and confirms the schedule with you by email, usually within a few hours during business hours. Once confirmed, we run the viewings as agreed. You're invoiced for each viewing after it's taken place, not upfront.

Next day at the earliest, so we can confirm with you and brief the agent. If you need something more urgent, call us on 020 8138 8848 and we'll see what we can do. We're not promising same-day, but we can sometimes flex.

No. There's no requirement for the landlord to be present. What matters is that whoever shows the property can answer applicant questions truthfully and identify whether they're a viable tenant. That's the agent's job.

Yes. Every viewing we host shows up in your landlord dashboard alongside any viewings you've run yourself. Feedback, offers, progress, all in one place. If you're running some viewings yourself and asking us to handle the rest, you get the full picture without juggling spreadsheets.

Within 30 seconds. Whether the enquiry comes from Rightmove, a phone call, or one of our own adverts, the tenant gets an email and SMS straight away with a personalised booking link. We catch them when their intent is fresh, which is when they're most likely to commit to a viewing.

Tenants answer a short set of questions before they can request a viewing slot. The questions are designed to filter out tenants who can't pass referencing, not to filter out tenants you might like. The bar is calibrated against what landlords actually accept. 

Our no-show rate is 4.1%, well below the industry average. When it does happen, we re-screen the applicant before re-booking, or remove them from your slot list if they're not a viable tenant.

Per-viewing is the right call if you only need viewings handled. Get Rented Pro (£1,440 incl. VAT, only paid on move-in) bundles viewings with marketing, referencing, contracts and check-in. All viewings are included in Get Rented Pro at no extra cost.
