When looking for a property management company, I met with quite a few. All of them had priced my flat around £1,800-2K a month. Additionally, they all charged between 12-16% of the monthly rent as a management charge. Hello Neighbour were by far the cheapest management fee, charging a flat £80 per month (less than 4% of my monthly rent!), and also managed to rent the flat for £2,200 a month with their data-driven pricing tactics.

Everyone I spoke to was really helpful, from the salesman, Gavin Gordon, through the setup process with Victoria Rhoades-Brown and the handover process to my property manager, Sophie Bray. They're all really responsive, professional, but also down-to-earth and personable.

I can't recommend Hello Neighbour enough. Looking forward to them managing my flat for years to come.
