Hello Neighbour named the UK's fastest-growing lettings agent
The UK Fast Growth Index 2026, run by Ideas Community in partnership with UBS, has named Hello Neighbour the UK's fastest-growing lettings agent and ranked us 94th in its UK Top 200, after turnover grew 253% between 2023 and 2025.
The key facts

- 350 firms, £4.3bn to £10.2bn. Combined turnover of every business on the 2026 Index, 2023 to 2025, a rise of 137% (UK Fast Growth Index, October 2026).
What is the UK Fast Growth Index?
The UK Fast Growth Index is an annual ranking of the country's fastest-growing independent businesses, run by Ideas Community in partnership with UBS and founded by Professor Dylan Jones-Evans OBE. The 2026 edition, published on 26 October 2026, lists 350 firms: the top 50 in each of the UK's seven nations and regions, alongside a UK Top 200.
Businesses are ranked on percentage turnover growth across two financial years, from 2022/23 to 2024/25. To qualify, a firm must be independent, must have turned over at least £250,000 in 2022/23 and £1 million in 2024/25, and must trade from one of the seven nations and regions. The Index verifies each firm's figures against Companies House data or with its accountants, so nobody self-reports their way onto the list.
Together, the 350 businesses on this year's Index grew combined turnover from £4.3 billion in 2023 to £10.2 billion in 2025, an increase of 137%.
How fast has Hello Neighbour grown?
Hello Neighbour's turnover grew 253% between 2023 and 2025, according to the UK Fast Growth Index entry published on 26 October 2026. That placed us 94th in the Index's UK Top 200 and on its London list, and made us the fastest-growing lettings agent in the country on the Index's measure.
Two caveats are worth setting out. First, the Index measures turnover, not profit, so it tells you how quickly landlords and tenants are choosing to pay for the service rather than how much the business keeps. Second, its measurement period closed with the 2024/25 financial year, so it says nothing about 2026. We have kept growing this year across both our self-service and full-service lettings, and we will publish those figures separately once they are final.
What has driven the growth?
Landlords choosing between doing the let themselves and handing it to us, on the same technology platform. Our self-service route starts with Get Listed at £29 including VAT, which advertises a property on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket. Get Rented, at £59 including VAT, adds compliance checks, the holding deposit, an APT (Assured Periodic Tenancy) agreement with e-signing, first month's rent collection and deposit registration.
Landlords who want the work done for them use Get Rented Pro at a fixed £1,440 including VAT, or our full property management service. A landlord can start on one and move to the other, and the people behind both are the same lettings team.
What did Hello Neighbour and the Index say?
Richard Jenkins, CEO and co-founder of Hello Neighbour, said:
"To be named the UK's fastest-growing lettings agent by an independent index, using verified accounts, means a great deal to everyone here. It reflects the landlords who have trusted us to do lettings differently. The figures behind the ranking stop at the end of 2025, and we have carried that momentum into this year. Landlords want lower costs and better results, and so demand is only growing."
Professor Dylan Jones-Evans OBE, founder of the UK Fast Growth Index, said:
"Hello Neighbour is a great example of the extraordinary talent and ambition we see in businesses across every part of the UK. Earning a place on this year's Index, alongside firms that have together more than doubled in size in just two years, is a remarkable achievement, and the whole team should be very proud."
What does the ranking mean for landlords and tenants?
Mostly, it is a thank you. Every landlord who listed a property with us, every tenant who rented through us and everyone who recommended us to a friend contributed to that 253%, and the recognition belongs to them as much as to our team.
A growth ranking is not a reason on its own to choose a letting agent. It shows that more landlords are picking us each year; how we treat them once they have is a separate question, and our reviews answer it. Hello Neighbour holds 4.6 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 659 reviews (read 23 October 2026), and Richard replies personally to every one of them, the critical ones included. We have set out what those reviews say, good and bad, on our reviews page.
Our aim has not changed with the ranking: to make letting a property faster, easier and safer, for a fee a landlord can see up front.
