New DIY options for landlords
This year we launched two new DIY products for landlords who want to stay hands on while letting safely and compliantly.

Get Listed at £29 gives you access to Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, helping you find the right tenant with the right offer.
Get Rented at £69 provides end to end support, including marketing, viewings, offer agreement, full compliance, deposit registration and contracts.
Strong results for managed services
For landlords who prefer a more hands-off approach, our managed services continue to perform strongly.

Get Rented Pro offers a dedicated account manager from marketing through to move in and continues to receive excellent Trustpilot reviews, with nine out of ten landlords giving five star ratings.
Full Management retention remains at 95 percent, showing that landlords value our service even with the flexibility of monthly rolling contracts.
Strengthening our leadership
We also welcomed two new board members who are helping us do even more for landlords and tenants.

Suzanne Smith, known as The Independent Landlord, joined the board in May, bringing deep legal expertise and practical experience as a landlord, alongside a strong focus on clear and independent guidance.
Jamie Dunkley joined in November, bringing more than 15 years’ experience in journalism and strategic communications to help us better represent landlords’ interests with the media, government and key influencers.
Advocacy and support
We hosted a free Renters’ Rights webinar with more than 500 registrations, helping landlords understand what is changing and how to prepare. Guidance from the session is now embedded within our platform.
We secured national press coverage on key issues affecting landlords, including a piece in The Times focused on unfair contract terms and renewal fees.
We wrote directly to Angela Rayner and Matthew Pennycook to raise concerns about unfair practices and are seeing encouraging engagement. You can read the letter here.
We also built new partnerships with Mortgage Finance Brokers, Currys, Habito and UK Landlord Tax to offer landlords broad and practical support beyond lettings alone.
Looking ahead to 2026

Next year, our priorities are clear.
We will keep landlords fully informed on Renters’ Rights, including another free webinar planned for April 2026.
We will continue to push for a fairer, safer and more transparent lettings market, calling out poor practices where they emerge and helping landlords avoid them.
We will expand curated services and partnerships across England.
We will prepare landlords for Making Tax Digital, with solutions ready ahead of implementation.
We will continue listening closely to landlord feedback and using it to guide what we build next.
And we will keep delivering excellent service, whether you choose to manage yourself or let us manage for you.
Thank you for being part of Hello Neighbour. We wish you and your family a very happy festive period and look forward to supporting you in 2026.
Warm regards,
The Hello Neighbour team
